Wendy's Chili

2 lbs ground beef

cans tomato sauce

cans kidney beans, drain half the liquid

2 (15 ounce)
cans pinto beans, drain half the liquid
2 cans diced tomatoes, drained

onion, diced

green chilies, diced

c.
celery, diced

cumin

chili powder

black pepper

2 c. warm water

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, d
rain off the fat. (Use a fork to stir and chop hamburger into small pieces the whole time it cooks.)
In a large pot, combine the beef plus all the remaining ingredients, and bring to a simmer over low heat.

Cook for a couple hours, stirring every 15 - 20 minutes.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, and Fritos.
