4-6 small idaho russet potatoes

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pour about 2Tbs of olive oil on a jelly roll pan. I use my fingers to spread it evenly. Shake a little salt evenly on to pan. Cut potatoes into equal size pieces. I use the progressive vegetable cutter. Drizzle a little olive oil over fries and then salt or season how you like. (red robin seasoning anyone?) Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
